Elfie

In our house there is a elf name Elfie. He has been in our house for a couple of years now. Thur out the year he watches the kids for Santa. How we know is he dose things thru the year to remind us he is there. He move things, hides them and plays with the lights. Every year on December first a box's appear on the fire place. Last year it was full of scripture verses and a puzzle piece that made the Nativity when the puzzle was done. This year Elfie decided to do something different. On the first day he had them put up the tree. He has had the kids do things or make things, depending on the day. He has brought them coloring books to color a Christmas picture. We made snow flakes and cookie ornaments for the tree. He also brought them Christmas play dough,a puzzle and Christmas books. One of their favorites was when they got to sleep near the tree with the fire going and watch movies. The kids love waking up in the morning to see what Elfie has brought or what he'll have them do. Like make cards for grand parents. I can't believe we only have four more days left of Elfie surprises, he will be missed, We'll have to see what he dose next year.
